Was extremely glutened here. Informed workers that I had celiac disease and needed them to take precautions. First 3 workers had no idea what I was talking about. Finally another worker came over and said she knew what to do. She proceeded to change her gloves. I then asked her to change the utensil she would use. I got the eyerolls and no response. Then she got a new utensil. Normally I would ask for my burrito bowl to be made from ingredients not out on the line as I do at my old hometown Chipotle, but I was tired, sick and had a long drive ahead of me. So about 3 hours into my drive I was hit with severe explosive diarrhea and had to continue my trip with stops at every restroom along the way. One week later and I'm still having loose stools and abdominal discomfort. First time in 12 years for this to happen. Do not chance it!!!!!!

Best Chipotle I've been to in terms of reducing cross contamination. Employees wash their hands and change gloves, don't set the bowl down on the line, use papers over the ingredient scoops, and always take out fresh lettuce and cheese. I've never had any issues after eating there.

I just went here and was beyond impressed by how well staff handled needs. Definitely well trained there with celiac!! Washed hands, changed gloves, for our fresh cheese and lettuce and did so seamlessly.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I've eaten hear many times. I order brown rice bowl with steak and chicken and a bunch of sides with a bag of corn chips.

Chipotle as a chain is very good and this is the local one we go to most often. They have very friendly staff and are very good about changing their gloves as well as going through the line with us. Highly recommended.

I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
