Rayleigh was an absolute delight! I told her I had a gluten allergy and she went and washed her hands and put on new gloves. She made my experience wonderful and made me feel comfortable. Ten out of ten for customer service. Thank you!!

Staff is so great! They never act like it’s a burden to switch gloves for me. The food is always fresh and I have never been sick from here in the many many times I’ve eaten here
Yes
They even changed the serving spoons at this franchise!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
They use new utensils when you say you have a gluten allergy but if the spoons have touched a flour tortilla and then been stuck back in the bowl before that then what's the point?
Yes
The only non-gf item on their menu are the flour tortillas. Nikki is amazing as she will change utensils and make everyone change their gloves when my husband walks in. He eats here almost every day and has never gotten ill. Just tell them you have a gluten allergy and they'll take good care of you.
I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
