They’re really good about accommodating Celiacs. My wife hasn’t gotten sick yet and we’ve been here at least a dozen times.

I'll never trust Chipotle. I've seen good reviews and tried it and already been very sick. Even if they change their gloves and clean the with area, they are taking from food bins that you can watch them drag wheat tortillas over, and spinning food into tortillas, rubbing the spoon in the what and putting it back into the topping tub. Unless they adopt a protocol of making glutrn free from the bulk instead of the line, and have all employees trained, it's not worth the risk.
This is my go to for eating out because I don’t have to worry. Never get sick from my chipotle.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Love Chipotle. But this place is hit or miss with employees who follow the gluten free protocol. There seems to be a lot of attitude with some of them when ordering gluten free.
Eaten here many times, food is always great and never had any problems

I love Chipotle! be sure to ask them to change their gloves, and for that person to just do your entire order (otherwise they pass you down to the next person, who'd have to do the same thing all over again, and is usually too rushed to listen before touching and contaminating your food). but as long as you do that, it's great! I usually have hardshells or a burrito bowl. if you do soft corn shells, be sure to tell them not to warm it on the press with the wheat softshells... they also have a vegan "sofritos" meat-like concoction, if that interests you.

This was the first place I ate out at after being diagnosed. Ive since eaten here many times and only once did the first sever not know what they were doing. They alway put foil on the shell warmer and grab new cheese and lettuce. Ive never gotten sick.

I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
