I ordered online a kid's meal. Nice portions, with the "fruit" cup. The only complaints are that the kids cup existed of a "tangerine" & this was my first time to pickup. It would have been nice to let me know I had to get my own drink, of which I did not know so i did without. Also, they online ordering does not allow us to leave a bigger tip. It's based on your food total.

So I’m not extremely sensitive yet as I’m only a year into having celiac, but I can attest to my last experience at this restaurant.
A quick side note: this is the best Chipotle in town for portion sizes and customer service in my opinion. I’ve never felt short changed with their service.
My last experience at this restaurant was really encouraging. I mentioned that I had celiac and couldn’t have gluten. They began taking my order at the beginning of a rush and the line began stacking up behind me. They designated one person to handle my food who changed their gloves, washed their hands, and got new serving utensils. They didn’t serve anyone with the new utensils until they had completed my order first. They were understanding and didn’t get frustrated or stressed. They didn’t give me less food or attention because my order took a long time to complete.
I’d recommend this place to anyone based on my experience there.

The only thing with gluten here is the tortillas. Get a bowl, and you won't have any problems at all. I've gone many times without even mentioning my allergy with no problems at all.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Best at perfect order because hires celiax enployees
Person making my food changed their gloves & was very respectful in regards to gluten allergy.
Yes
They are willing to change gloves and wipe down the counter when I tell them I have celiac. Many employees will start as soon as I say "celiac" before I ask.
Yes
They are amazing! To avoid gluten and dairy just stay away from the flour tortillas, cheese and sour cream. Everything else is free game!

Good food, although you have to be sure to have the whole line change their gloves and watch with a hawk eye to make sure they are doing what needs to be done. Make sure you say gluten allergy or celiac disease, not just gluten free so they take it more seriously.
Dirty, unpleasant, and unimaginative foods; will never go back.
I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
