I was able to have a good Mexican restaurant experience. They said their chips are currently cooked in a dedicated fryer, and they do have a separate gluten-free menu.

They do not have a GF menu. The server went through the menu item by item and was very helpful. I did NOT get sick. They do not have a dedicated fryer so therefore there is cross contamination risk of the chips and some rice dishes.

Chips are gf but just need to be on the lookout for beer in the chicken.

I had a great experience at Chuy’s with their awareness to Celiac disease and their ability to make sure everything was safe for me to eat. The General Manager, Bentley, was awesome and I would highly recommend requesting him to talk to when you go in!!

I loved this place before Celiac diagnosis. I was told they marinate meat in beer. Not gf friendly! I brought my own chips and had guac. and hot sauce.

Separate GF menu. I had enchiladas on corn tortillas with one of the safe sauces plus a crunchy taco. It was delicious and staff was knowledgeable.
