Haven’t been to this location…but other locations have told me that ALL meat is marinated in Shiner Bock Beer. Be very careful. Last time I went, when I asked about gluten free, I was told I could eat off the vegetarian menu, not cool! Haven’t been back since.

The manager was AMAZING! My songs Celiacs and the manager greeted us at the door. I asked about chips and he immediately got them started himself. When asked about nachos he got their regular chips that they fry and put them through the over himself so my son could have sturdy nachos. Absolutely recommend!!

I had a great experience at Chuy’s with their awareness to Celiac disease and their ability to make sure everything was safe for me to eat. The General Manager, Bentley, was awesome and I would highly recommend requesting him to talk to when you go in!!

I loved this place before Celiac diagnosis. I was told they marinate meat in beer. Not gf friendly! I brought my own chips and had guac. and hot sauce.

Separate GF menu. I had enchiladas on corn tortillas with one of the safe sauces plus a crunchy taco. It was delicious and staff was knowledgeable.
