I just got diagnosed as celiac last week and I’m still highly symptomatic, but it was my mom’s birthday so I wanted us to treat her to a nice dinner out. Cooper’s Hawk seemed to have a good GF system in place not only with an EXTENSIVE GF menu, but also with a list of allergens and cross-contamination possibilities for each dish. I did not try the GF bread as I read some reviews here which mentioned it got people sick, but they did offer it to me in a plate instead of a wooden board, so I thought that was a good sign of their knowledge.
I had the fillet mignon with broccoli and potatoes and I think they are definitely safe with avoiding cross-contact/contamination in the kitchen, especially when you warn the server.

This place has a separate, extensive gf menu. The staff seemed knowledgeable and the food was delicious. We all loved the gf bread, and the meal was delicious. The service wasn’t great but that was because they were very busy. I would definitely come back

Our waiter Dom was knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease. They have a separate prep area. Just a little tip. I hear a lot of people complaining getting sick from the bread. I always tell them to keep it in the bag and I will open it at the table myself. Never had a problem that way. Think smart. Lessen your contamination risk.

I got really sick after eating here. I ate their gf bread and chicken piccata.
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
I got take out with the intention of testing the gluten free bread because I had gotten sick the last time I ate here. The bread was put in my bag in the bag that they receive it in instead of being handled. I tested it and it was safe. I felt great after eating my meal plus bread plus dessert. I wonder if others got sick before with the bread so this is the new protocol.

***Make a reservation*** We tried coming here on a Sunday night and they were booked. There was open seating in the bar but that was all taken with many people waiting for openings so we ordered take out. My husband and I ordered from their gluten free menu while my in-laws ordered from their regular menu. My husband ordered the Short Rib Risotto and I ordered the Lemon Piccata and caramel creme brulee. My husband and I tried each other's meal and we both agreed that the Lemon Piccata was the best though the Short Rib Risotto was delicious as well. We also asked for all the rolls that came with our meals to be gluten free and they were excellent. My typically bread disliking husband even liked the rolls and wanted a second one. We really liked that they even separated the gluten free food from the gluten containing food into separate bags. They also labeled both bags; one gluten free and one gluten containing so it was easy to be careful. Overall, the food was excellent and we felt very safe. It has been a whole day since consuming this meal and I haven't gotten sick.

My son has celiac and felt sick immediately after eating the GF bread. He’s only 8 so i don’t know for sure if he was glutened. I did find out that the wooden platter they serve the bread on is the same that they use for gluten. Is porous and no idea how well they wash it in between. Im thinking there may have been CC with the wood. They have a great gf menu… I would ask them to make sure to our the bread in a separate plate.

Large GF menu, staff was knowledgeable and accommodating on gluten and noted they have a separate prep area for gluten free
This is a chain restaurant, but this location just opened. Open for lunch & dinner. Surprisingly large separate GF menu. including several desserts. Good service & tasty food.
This was a great experience for my don. They brought out gluten free bread for him while we were eating our bread. He ate the entire roll; he said it was good. He was provided a gluten free menu. He ordered the gluten free burger and was pleased. The food was great and they wanted to assure us that they were sensitive to allergies.

This is the second location of Cooper's Hawk that we have tried and it was just as good as the location in Miami. I think Cooper's Hawk has the largest and most diverse gluten free menu that I have ever seen and the food is very delicious. I had a parmesan crusted chicken breast (fried) with mashed potatoes and green beans and loved every bite. The GF bread that was brought out before the meals is the best I have had anywhere.

Super expansive, delicious gluten free menu. My pasta dish was a perfect al dente, and the Caesar salad’s dressing was creamy and delicious.
