So tasty, so healthy, and 90% of the items are gluten free!! Everything is clearly marked and as long as you steer clear of the tacos - you can have everything else.

Not as healthy, but worth it —- gluten free mac and cheese!!!!!!!

My go to protein bowl is the southwest chicken and it’s amazing.

Everything is gluten free except the naan bread (optional side) that is at the end of the line, so it is not touched by anyone and gloves are changed right after.

I've been eating at Core Life for years and have always loved it. That being said, it's becoming harder to safely eat here as they keep incorporating more and more gluten items to their menu. They have also removed their gluten free Mac and cheese from the menu and replaced it with regular gluten containing Mac and cheese! It's a delicious place to eat but proceed with caution for cross-contimation and subtle and not well advertised changes to the menu.
