This is my new favorite place! I placed an online order and they had a whole allergy section to indicate what you are allergic to. They also have a comment box where I indicated I have Celiac with a severe gluten allergy. I ordered a red sangria, Cacio e Pepe, and bread. When they received my order - they called me to let me know they were unsure if the red sangria was gluten free, so they took it off my bill and reimbursed me. They were concerned about the peach schnapps and brandy - but those are actually typically gluten free. The Cacio e Pepe was pretty good, but the real show stopper was the gluten free bread. If they hadn’t called me about the sangria, I would’ve been convinced that they accidentally gave me regular bread. It was so delicious.

It’s not easy to find an authentic Italian gluten free restaurant. This place was delicious! They do not have a gluten free menu, however the staff advised that most items can be made gluten free

Very knowledgeable. I have eaten here 10+ times and been fine! They take all the steps you need them to, to avoid cross contamination, just make sure to ask! They’re so accommodating! And the food is amazing.

Best bread and pizza I’ve ever had. Both made in house. One of the owner and family have Celiac. Super safe!

I had a wonderful experience here. Called ahead and discovered one owner has Celiac. They assured me they take proper precautions including wiping down everything before preparing a GF meal. They make their own focaccia bread, which was delicious. I had a pasta dish which they prepared with GF pasta (separate water from regular pasta) and crème brûlée for dessert. I felt very confident in their knowledge and precautions. I’ll be back!

I had the gluten-free pasta. The waiter seemed very cavalier when I asked about whether they took adequate precautions to prevent cross-contamination. I have been up all night with stomach cramps, so I’m pretty sure I was glutened.

A great find near Stonehill College! Most pasta dishes can be made GF by substituting GF penne. We had the Bolognese, Norcina, and Limone pasta. Other options include risotto, soups, and salads. Two of us have Celiac and had no issues. We’ll definitely go back!

Cacio e Pepe with gluten free pasta was excellent. Tested with my Nima sensor and specified gluten free. Many gf options.

My husband and I went to Corfinio on Thursday. It was a very busy night for them but OMG! The Service Was Spectacular! And the FOOD!!!!!!!!!
I eat primarily gluten-free/dairy-free per my doctor's request, which is not easy when dining out. I chose the cod off the menu (GF and DF as described) and my husband (who is not GF or DF) had his tried-and-true test for his Italian favorite, Chicken Parm. We both had app’s too, and I ate around the cheese on the fried artichoke (I forgot to ask for no cheese) while Mike dove into all the cheesy goodness of his arancini. And the cocktails, and wine! Superb! I even indulged just a little on some of the lovely bread and olive oil at the table - heaven!
This was the best Italian we’ve had in many many many years - and unlike many restaurants, we felt happy and healthy the next day. We took home leftovers, and they were fantastic for lunch. No overly garlicky aftertaste, no overly heavy feelings - just pure foodie happiness.
We will be regulars. We will shout from the rooftops the glories of this restaurant.
I am confident that I can ask for anything and they will accommodate, but I’m equally confident I can eat freely from the menu.
Had a family dinner there after a funeral. Was told that certain foods were GF and they most certainly were not. Stomach pains in under 15 minutes.
Delicious gluten free options, including pasta dishes.
