When I asked for a corn tortilla, the worker asked if I was gluten free. When I said yes, she went and washed her hands, changed her gloves, and didn't touch anything but my food the entire time she was preparing it, even when a co-worker asked for her help. The worker was attentive and very helpful, making sure that I knew what was gluten-free and what wasn't when I was choosing what went on my salad. I ordered the Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Salad and requested mango salsa rather than dressing (just a personal preference). It was delicious and I didn't get sick!!!

I go here all the time! They are always accommodating. Everything is gluten free except for the flour tortillas. I never have a problem😊 I always go inside so I can watch them make it and make sure they change their gloves etc!

I got glutened here a few months back and couldn't figure out why. Now they dust tortillas with flour so it is all in the air. They also do very little against cross contamination. Also management here is terrible, and there have been some very rude employees. I used to come here all the time but haven't been back since march.

From their allergen list: We have worked diligently to remove wheat gluten from all our sauces, dressings, and proteins. Natural glutens remain only in our flour and wheat tortillas and in two desserts--tres leches and key lime pie. This means that we offer "oceans of gluten-free options" in our menu. All of these items are gluten-free: all enchiladas, all tacos, all salads (without the flour or wheat tortilla), all nachos, and our chicken tortilla so up...which uses corn strips.
Server was more than happy to accommodate and made sure to ask questions if they were unsure. Decent food for what it is. Almost the entire menu (except flour tortillas and desserts) were gluten free!

I almost cried when our taco-maker asked if my son’s request for corn tortillas was a preference or an allergy. When she found out he has celiac disease, she washed her hands, changed her gloves and cooked his tacos on foil on the grill to avoid cross contamination. Wish they had one of these in Washington State! Thank you for a wonderful meal!!!

Always good, kinda fast food, like Chipotle. Tell them you're GF and they'll change their gloves before preparing your food. These are the only GF burritos I have access to, and you can get them "smothered" for free. All the meats, sauces, dressings, soups are GF. Good, fresh, fast, cheap. This location has a drive through for if you call ahead.

Not all the workers seem know about the gf protocols but when they do, they are very good at following them; changing their gloves, getting certain foods from the original containers etc.

I had a sweet pork salad. The person that helped me wasn’t sure about my questions but the shift manager helped out. Gloves changed, one person took my order through the whole line. Fryer is GF and tortilla strips are safe.
Only thing in the restaurant with gluten are the flour tortillas. Watch your food and it looks at least as safe as Chipotle…honestly maybe a bit safer because they use utensils for lettuce and cheese where other places use gloves.
