Stayed here (Grand Hyatt) for the weekend and was blown away by the breakfast here. First, they have a dedicated gluten free toaster. They had Canyon Bakehouse bread products. They went in the back and got me some special hash brown patties and double checked the ingredients to make sure they were gluten free free. Thay brought be my own separate butter. Items ate labeled gluten free and the staff are knowledgeable about what is and us not gluten free. Jerry made me some great omelettes, is a great cook, and really cool guy. Executive chef also came out on the 1st morning and spoke with me. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had up to this point.

Absolutely wonderful experience eating here for breakfast. It is a breakfast buffet (with an omelet station) so I was hesitant at first but when I walked in and asked if they could accommodate for a celiac, they were very knowledgeable and brought me to talk with the chef. The chef, Kyle, was awesome and so kind. He made me an omelet and hash browns. There is also a dedicated gluten free toaster so I got toast as well! The fruit was also great and they brought me a gluten free muffin! Also, the almond milk latte is so good. As I’m eating, the chef came to check on me and told me that tomorrow he can get the kitchen to make me pancakes and a handmade gluten free pastry! What a phenomenal experience. Great start to my morning.
