I have celiac and I've had crepes from here twice now without any issue. They use a clean cooking area and separate tools; however, I don't think they changed gloves — they lightly handle the crepes with their gloves hands.

Lots of different crepe options!

I liked it, they used separate cooking area. They also had a separate person to do the gluten free crepes. I haven't had a crepe since being diagnosed years ago so it was nice. I would recommend

Not safe for celiacs. Same person cooked both gluten free and regular crepes without changing gloves using the same spatula. They recommended that I not eat the crepes there when I said I have a severe allergy.

Had a gluten free breakfast crepe and it was delicious! At first, I was concerned about where they cook the crepe as I don't believe they have a dedicated gluten free crepe maker, but I saw the person cleaning it thoroughly when the cashier screamed gluten free.
