Ate a cheeseburger with the separate GF bun here, gave the whole celiac spiel and had an allergy alert on my order. Felt somewhat sick for a day after like I’d been cross-contaminated, which sucks since Culver’s is usually so good. I went right after the eclipse so they were super busy and I’m guessing there was a lapse in protocol. I’m sure they are usually good based on other reviews but probably best to avoid when they’re in a big rush.

My go to meal at Culver’s is grilled chicken on GF bun with cold slaw & fountain drink. Wish they had a dedicated fryer for fries. Pretty good light meal at reasonable price.

They have allergy chart online to help sort out foods and custard/topping allergens. My go-to burger place when traveling, and when we stay in Farmington. They take precautions, but I also identify my allergies before I order. Ask for your food to be bagged separate if ordering for others too. They sometimes don’t think to do this when I forget to ask. They are generous with sandwich toppings and gf bun comes steamed in a sealed plastic bag. Sooo good! Their custard is good too!

We were traveling through Missouri on Thursday, tried Culver’s and had a gluten free bun on a delicious hamburger. No issues, service was very good, the staff was knowledgeable about allergies. We stopped again on the way back home!

I love having the option to get a GF burger at Culver’s! They take precautions when you have an allergy, which I really appreciate! I feel safe eating there and it’s always delicious!

I give 5 stars simply because it is an oddity for a fast food restaurant to even know what GF is, much less offer a GF bun as an option. However, I wouldn't eat there on a regular basis simply because for the last six years we have not had fast food as an option where I'm from and we have learned to eat REAL food. My daughter ate the bun but wouldn't touch the burger. My burger had enough toppings I enjoyed mine (Wisconsin Swiss Melt) but all the while knowing what a terrible choice I was making! Ha! But it was really nice to have a quick option for once!

Udi's GF buns, good chicken and burgers, allergy list easily available near the counter. Yummy ice cream, too!
I have eaten here several times and never got sick. They have celiacs on staff so they are super good with cross contact. Let them know you have celiac or food allergy and they will label your reciept, and bring your gf bun in a sealed package. The food is good and the service is great.

i absolutely love Culver's, but i wouldn't recommend this one. i had to repeatedly tell the cashier to mark my order as an allergy before he did, we had to go back for my ice cream, and despite it being a corporate policy afaik they didn't have a dedicated fryer. they also cook shrimp in it, which I'm allergic to. my sister also wasn't happy about how dark it was in the bathroom. she said that it looked like they hadn't been doing upkeep/repairs and the stall door has a tendency to loudly slam shut.

Even in the drive through, the guy was amazing at answering all my questions and telling me how things were made so that I could be safe. He told me the fryer can’t be guaranteed, so I just got a burger and some ice cream. The bun came separate and warm and it was perfect. I felt very taken care of.
