Best gluten free bun! Staff told me the fryer wasn’t dedicated so skipped the fries but the burger was very good and so is the custard!

Great gluten free bun for burgers or grilled chicken! A dedicated fryer for the fries would make it even better.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The deluxe butter burger with Udi’s gf bun is safe and tasty. The bun holds together and is served warm in it’s individual package. You assemble. I sub green beans for the fries. The staff takes the gluten “allergy” seriously.

I have eaten here several times and never got sick. They have celiacs on staff so they are super good with cross contact. Let them know you have celiac or food allergy and they will label your reciept, and bring your gf bun in a sealed package. The food is good and the service is great.

i absolutely love Culver's, but i wouldn't recommend this one. i had to repeatedly tell the cashier to mark my order as an allergy before he did, we had to go back for my ice cream, and despite it being a corporate policy afaik they didn't have a dedicated fryer. they also cook shrimp in it, which I'm allergic to. my sister also wasn't happy about how dark it was in the bathroom. she said that it looked like they hadn't been doing upkeep/repairs and the stall door has a tendency to loudly slam shut.

Even in the drive through, the guy was amazing at answering all my questions and telling me how things were made so that I could be safe. He told me the fryer can’t be guaranteed, so I just got a burger and some ice cream. The bun came separate and warm and it was perfect. I felt very taken care of.

This location has a dedicated fryer for fries. They have separate fries for all their items. The staff has been very knowledgeable and accommodating each time I’ve gone. They have delicious gluten free buns.
