Dennys now offers gluten free English muffins and their menu is marked on items that are gluten free with a GF symbol. I ended up getting breakfast, hash browns with eggs bacon and a GF English muffin. They state in their menu they are not dedicated GF. I am only intolerant, so I'm okay here. I'm not sure about someone who has celiac.
No
I ordered salmon, diced red potatoes and broccoli. I'm gluten, dairy, soy intolerant. Potatoes had been cooked in non dedicated fryer, potatoes and salmon both had butter on top. The food tasted good, but only ate salmon after tasting butter.

I previously had very good experiences here however this week found out they have stopped carrying any kind of gluten-free bread or English muffin. There's not much on the menu listed gluten-free but I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It came with bread sitting on top of everything even though I had stipulated gluten-free. I'm very disappointed that they have discontinued the gluten-free English muffin as it worked well for breakfast or as a hamburger bun. Unfortunately they're just are not a lot of choices in Deming so if you have to eat somewhere you could probably find something at Denny's but be very careful.

They used to offer a gluten free English muffin, which I loved. They no longer have it. There are very few GF options on their menu.

While the menu shows what is made gluten free, nothing is gluten free. They use the fryer oil to grease the grill and do not have a GF option. We asked if they could wash a spot on the grill and they said no. They were not able to accommodate us at all so the only thing she could possibly eat was a smoothie.

Do not visit this Dennys location with Celiac under any circumstance!! They have gluten free English muffins, but it doesn’t seem like the cooks understand what the difference is between a gluten and gluten free muffin. They gave me a gluten muffin on my takeaway order and I didn’t find out until I got home. The grill and fryer are also not dedicated gluten-free despite the fries being labeled as gluten-free.
