I walked into the dickies on 122nd and center and asked them if they knew anything about gluten free. The cook pointed at the manager and the manager instructed the cook to change his gloves knife and plate. The manager told me all the meat bbq sauce and a couple sides including baked beans were gluten free. I ate my meal and didn’t get sick.

Food is good! Lots of gluten free options on their allergen menu. I’ve had the jalapeño cheddar sausage, pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Spicy bbq sauce and regular bbq sauce are good, and so are the pickles.

The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free and made sure to not touch items with the same gloves. The online menu provides you with a list of allergens.
Love this place. Great staff with allergen list.

Was told the meats were gluten free but were cross contaminated. I looked at the prep area and it was a mess. Person behind the counter recommended I not eat there as it was not safe.

Most meats are GF, some of the sides as well. When I mentioned that I am gluten sensitive, she changed gloves and utensils. BBQ sauces are GF as well. Appreciate the attention to detail.
