My boyfriend who is celiac ordered the pulled pork, slaw and potato salad. They knew what celiac was and put new gloves on and got a new cutting board out. He did not get sick. Side note, this place is kind of loud.

Called the manager when they opened and spoke to her, she was extremely knowledgeable and she asked if I was celiac. Explained the several items to avoid. The staff all changed gloves, made my order first, and even let my family members know if they ordered something that was not gluten free. Upon thanking the girl that rang me up she said “oh it’s something we are very aware of and take extremely serious. We have a few celiacs that come in regularly and we want to keep them safe.”

When you state Celiac they will use new gloves, new clean cutting board, clean paper on the scale and are certain not to touch bread or croutons! Be sure you let them know Celiac bc most things there are gluten free.

Staff is knowledgeable about cross-contamination and which sides have gluten. Meats are very tasty and the sides that are gluten free are also good.

Was told the meats were gluten free but were cross contaminated. I looked at the prep area and it was a mess. Person behind the counter recommended I not eat there as it was not safe.

Most meats are GF, some of the sides as well. When I mentioned that I am gluten sensitive, she changed gloves and utensils. BBQ sauces are GF as well. Appreciate the attention to detail.
