Surprised to find a place with GF menu in Delhi T3 Airport. Very few selected items in a separate menu. All of them were millet based. I ordered a millet idli and asked at the counter if they prepare it separately.

Probably difficult to guarantee no cross contamination. But I was very hungry and took the chance.
