Visited El Bagel on my trip to Vegas, the gluten free bagel and cream cheese was amazing. The staff took extra care to ensure no cross contamination! Great place, I will be back next visit!

They have plain gf bagels here! Hard to find any breakfast options at our hotel (this is in the food court at the fountainbleu). They toast separately too.
