I called ahead of time and they said they have a separate GF grill they use which is a positive. There are menu items labeled GF but a note that indicates that most items can be made GF. The food was good, not amazing. However beware there are extra surcharges for ordering GF that are not disclosed on the menu. I didn't get sick but it is not cheap even before hidden surcharges just to eat what everyone else eats but prepared on a different surface.
