Hands down the best gf pizza I have had!

Separate pans and cutter. Did not get sick. The crust was delicious!

The pizza was good, thin crust. They use Caputo flour (contains wheat starch but considered safe for celiacs) and are very conscious of cross contamination. They have a separate spot for GF toppings and gave a process for baking to minimize cross contamination.

Excellent Gf pizza and staff is very careful to avoid cross contact… clean pans for the oven and separate utensils for cutting!

Staff was extremely knowledgeable- different mixers for dough, separate topping bins and clean trays for the oven. 10/10 I loved the pizza!!

My husband has celiac. The staff was very knowledgeable. They can make any of the pizzas on a gluten free crust. The pizzas are all cooked on separate trays, so the risk of cross contamination was low. My husband has a great experience and did not get sick. We will for sure be back!
