Great burger. Good bun. Love that little details are house made like sauces. Unfortunately can’t have the fries because the oil from the two separate fryers are combined at the end of the night and then reused the next day. Disappointing for celiacs and seems like a poor choice when it limits so many people. But overall good experience.

I’m giving it two stars because I didn’t get sick, but I’m not 100% sure of its safety. When I asked about separate fryers, the manager said, “Yes, there’s a separate fryer, but it’s right next to the other fryer we use. Oil could splash from fryer to fryer, but it should be okay because the oil’s really hot, and it’s burns off.” They obviously didn’t understand how gluten cross-contamination works since gluten can’t “burn off.” Also, I told the server I had Celiac and had a long conversation about what was safe and what wasn’t, and my burger still came out on a regular bun, so I had to send it back. When they were sending it back, they asked again how severe my allergy was. Overall, I did not feel safe eating here, but I didn’t get sick. Proceed with caution, and make sure to ask a lot of questions.
Amazing to have a great burger, with a local gf bakery bun that rocked, and the best fresh cut french fries I have had in my life. Also good was the smoked chicken wings. Great friendly service too!
