I’ve been here twice now, once back in 2021 and again today (Sept 2023) and didn’t get sick either time. They have Gf pizza. Made in a shared kitchen but they use a separate pan and bake it so it doesn’t touch the other pizzas. They use a separate cutter for the Gf pizzas. I asked if they would mark it celiac or a Gf allergy and they did and they spoke to the kitchen to tell them to be extra cautious. I asked if they could use separate ingredients so nothing had touched gluten. Had pineapple and fresh basil. I thought it was pretty good pizza. They have a gf beer and high noons. They have 3.50 slices of gluten pizza that are huge. (They don’t offer this for GF pizza). Two filled up hubby and kids meals are 5.99, my daughter enjoyed the buttered noodles (not gf).

Friendly staff seemed to understand GF. Said would cook cauliflower crust pizza in seperate pan. Had gf pasta and buns available. Pizza was extremely dry and cheese was burnt so not good food. Unsure how good it is for celiac as I felt a little unwell afterwards.

Menu is marked with gf icon for food and drinks are noted if gluten free (like ciders). Pizzas can be made gluten free as well. Been about 12 hours since dinner and I’m feeling fine. I’d feel safe eating here again.

This place is as great. They had several gluten free options to choose from. We got the gluten free cauliflower pizza as an app and then I got the gluten free gnocchi. Everyone loved it who wasn’t gluten free. It may not be celiac friendly but if you have an intolerance it is worth going to and trying their food.

We ordered to go, gave us wrong salad. Got to our hotel- had given us one Gf and one non GF pizza. We had to go back and get our GF pizza. Not to mention I had horrible stomach issues the next day. Would not recommend for someone with Celiac

They have really great gluten free pizza. I come here multiple times whenever I visit Breckenridge. I am a Celiac and I have never ever had a problem with Fatty’s. Also all the staff are super knowledgeable on gluten free. They even put parchment paper on the pan that they put my gluten free pizza in. I totally recommend Fatty’s!

Good GF pizza! Thin crust and crispy.
Lots of gf options including several salads, pizza, and potatoe skins. Awesome atmosphere and kind staff
I’m very sensitive gluten and dairy and I was basically told there was nothing but a salad and a gluten free crust (which risks cross contamination) I was NOT happy, but glad they at least could tell me that it wasn’t safe to eat. Our cook was very attentive, but our waitress was very short and didn’t even allow me to speak to a chef when I asked. I would imagine something could have been worked out if things had been handled differently.

Menu had gf designations. Staff asked to make sure so they used fresh cutters, etc. Best gf pizza I’ve had in months and no upcharge for gf.

Gluten free pizza was average, but it's tough to find. Greek salad was tremendous. If you're craving pizza it is worth a try.
They had gluten free options which is great, but the gf pizza isn't so great. We can't have it all, right? No problem with any cross contamination, but I'm not sure how exactly it was cooked. Id pass this place next time for somewhere with more flavor.
Glad they had GF pizza as an option, but not so good. :(. Mine didn't seem to be cooked all the way...or maybe just the way they are? Salad was good!
Gluten free pizza is better that most, according to my sister who is quite the gluten free pizza aficionado. The salad selection was amazing, fresh and delicious. Service was Great, everyone was friendly and cheerful. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire experience. Great choice for a casual, fun Breck dining experience!

just as pizza is pizza, gf pizza is gf pizza....
Great relaxed atmosphere. Gf pizza was as good as the wheat crust- I tried both since I'm not gf. My gf daughter was very happy!
Cool local pizza joint. Very, very casual. I always get the Mediterrean pizza on gf crust. Delicious!
Gluten free pizza available and a knowledgeable staff
