I got the chicken alfredo. I haven’t had a chicken alfredo that I haven’t made in years. It was delicious. No gluten free bread for the bread for the table, but they had a separate menu and seemed to have knowledge of celiac and allergies.

For my daughter's birthday, we went here for a late lunch. Everyone ordered off the gluten free menu so my daughter could try everything. Pizza, fettuccine Alfredo, chicken, and a tomato sauce pasta - can't remember the name. All were amazing with large portions for leftovers. No gluten free bread, but gluten free chocolate amaretto cake - delicious! Wait staff were great - attentive and very knowledgeable. Worth the 3-hour drive!

They had good GF options. It wasn’t mind blowing, but a great option for Italian on the Hill. They had a separate menu and the list was quite extensive.

Separate GF menu with several options, including salads, pizza and pasta. My meal came out separately, and the server let me know it was the gluten-free meal. I had the pasta con broccoli - the pasta was softer than al dente but the sauce was delicious.

Separate GF menu. Waiter recommended pizza but that’s a common options anywhere. I was excited to experience “The Hill” but wasn’t anything extraordinary. Had a gf pasta with chicken in it. It was a HUGE dish, definitely brought home leftovers No gf garlic bread

Favazza’s has a great selection of gluten-free options on a separate gluten free menu. I also spoke with the owner, Mark Favazza, who was very open about how they keep food safe for people with Celiac. However, the last time I ate there, I became sick, only to find out when I looked at my leftovers the next day, there were a few normal noodles mixed into my gluten-free pasta. I respect the effort they put into their large gluten-free menu, but I don’t feel safe going back again.

I’ve eaten here many times and have yet to get sick!
More options for gluten free pasta than the typical Italian restaurant. The wait staff has typically brought out the gluten free food separately and first. Food was great too!

We have been eating here for 5+ years. My son has Celiac and our past experiences have been positive however our son had dinner with his grandparents on 11/13 and he was glutened. He ordered his usual order gluten free penne with Alfredo sauce and grilled chicken along with the house salad. I spoke with Mark that evening who asked me to email him the receipt so he could investigate what happened. I sent him the receipt the same evening. I called on Tuesday 11/15 and spoke with John who took all of the information again, asked me to email him the receipt which I did and said he would have Mark follow up. As of today 11/23 I have heard nothing. I sent one last email this morning to both Mark and John with no response. We do not feel comfortable with our son eating there again since there wasn’t an explanation as to where the disconnect was and why he was glutened. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up skills from management.

I’m not only severely allergic to gluten but to dairy as well and this was the best meal I’ve had out in a long time! The GF menu is sizable with all kinds of different options and they were so careful with cross contamination. This is definitely my new go to spot!

My waitress and the person who brought out my food were knowledgeable about cross contamination and made sure that my gf chicken Alfredo was not touching or cooked near gluten food. The food was delicious.

This place is always amazing for gf diets. They have an entire separate gf menu with lots of options, delicious pizzas and pastas. This isn’t your basic gf fare. And someone accidentally gave my husband’s pizza to someone else so they compensated with a piece of gf chocolate amaretto pie... it’s like edible crack. They make their own spumoni ice cream which tastes amazing, like a holiday in your mouth. So good. Go here.

As soon as I mentioned “severe gluten allergy” the waiter started talking about how they prepare all the dishes in separate pots/pans and how they are mindful of it. He clearly was aware of the precautions and cross contamination.

Gluten free menu and the gluten free pizza is amazing

I've eaten here twice. It's just so-so quality and extremely expensive. Probably won't go back.
Separate gluten free menu. Good selection, tasty sauce. Good, attentive wait staff.
I ordered a gluten free pizza, but was served a normal pizza instead. The waitress blamed me for the confusion even though all of my dining companions confirmed that they heard me say “gluten free.” If you have a severe gluten intolerance, I would not risk going here.

A separate GF menu lists the GF choices. The GF chicken parmigiana was tasty. The GF pasta with marinara side dish was al dente and had good flavor. The best thing was the GF chocolate dessert! The whole experience was a very pleasant surprise.
I ate here on the recommendation of the folks at Urzi's Italian Market (good Italian imported dry pasta available) up the street. Favazza's was kind of underwhelming. I had the GF penne marinara sauce. It was mushy; not al dente. I've had much better GF pasta. I'd maybe give one more star but I wouldn't go back so I don't really think it's 4 stars. I will say that I did not have any reaction so there's that...

The wait staff was on top of their game. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Many options to choose from on the menu.

I spoke with our server about our family needing GF and the waiter replied, "no problem". He got us a menu that had a lot of options, they were friendly and willing to explain anything. We had Erik as a server and he was very personal and professional wanting to make our experience memorable and outstanding! Food was wonderful and more than anyone could eat, we all got boxes to go and enjoyed it again for lunch. Thanks Erik and Favazza's for a great experience!

Erik was our waiter. Very knowledgeable about gluten. We had pizza, pasta and dessert! It was old style Italian. We will visit again!

Very Celiac friendly, I eat here at least monthly and have never had any issues. The owner's granddaughter is Celiac so they are very knowledgeable and careful.
Would go again. Great services and a lot of choices on the gluten free menu.
