Firebirds has been good with answering questions or marking the menu- haven't been contaminated here over the last few years. I usually get the Colorado Chicken Salad or filet mignon wrapped in bacon.

Delicious food and great experience twice. GF options are clearly marked and servers are helpful in navigating dairy and soy free options as well. Manager delivered my food both times and recited my allergies to confirm it was prepared properly.

Ordered the baby back ribs and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious they were! The double black diamond pineapple martini is so good! Also love that they put the calories on the menu.

Love Firebirds! Great shrimp salad and menu is marked with gluten free items. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

The staff was very good at making sure my food wasn’t cross contaminated. They didn’t have many gluten-free options but you can’t go wrong with a filet mignon with mashed potatoes!

The server was really cool, and if he had any doubts, he would run to the back and check to make sure.

What a lovely evening. Our server was amazing with my allergies! Menu items are clearly marked as gluten free. Before I could mention I had a wheat allergy, he asked if it was allergy or preference and even asked about other allergies. The appetizer (bacon deviled eggs) were brought out by a manager who assured us gloves were changed and they were assembled in a safe area. Then my Tomahawk pork chop was brought out by one of the kitchen staff who again assured me care had been taken for all my allergies. Food was hot and super yummy. The rest of my dining party also enjoyed every item they were served. Excellent experience. We will definitely be back.
