Not GF safe. This Fired Pie is in the middle of the outlet shops. They have “gluten free” crust available. Staff didn’t know if any toppings were GF. The sauce ladle is used the spread the sauce on the pizzas, it touches all of the gluten crusts as well.

My daughter is newly diagnosed with Celiac, so we ate out tonight with a lot of trepidation. This restaurant was very conscientious about her gluten allergy; at every step of the preparation process the staff communicated to each other that it was for a gluten allergy. They changed gloves and used dedicated utensils. She had the cauliflower crust which was crunchy and delicious.

They do have GF crust and will ask if it’s allergy or preference. If you say allergy, they will put the crust on a special plate and change gloves. However, there’s definitely risk of cross contamination. Counters are not wiped and sauces are smeared onto the crusts with ladle or brush and then dipped back into the pot. I don’t think celiac/extra sensitive should eat here. They do have salad however, which may be safer.

They ate very diligent about asking for gluten allergies when requesting gluten free or cauliflower crust. Never tried the gluten free crust but the cauliflower is ๐๐๐๐๐๐

Terrible experience. Ordered takeout salad with just chicken and a few fresh veggies. Didn’t eat the dressing, wrote a comment saying I’m celiac and please change gloves/utensils when preparing. 30 minutes later I most definitely am glutened. Not even salad is safe here, would never ever ever patronize this place again. Reviews of pizza also say not even close to safe for celiac/severe intolerance. AVOID.

This pizza is not suited for gluten allergies. The crust is GF, but they have no precautions for using same ladle as they use for regular crusts to spread sauce.
