I've had good luck at Firehouse ordering a GF turkey bacon ranch sub. They ask if I have an allergy and change their gloves.

Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs. Staff was knowledgeable about gluten cross contact and explained all their precautions to me. They even knew that the pickles should be avoided. I got the turkey with melted cheese on top and their standard Shar hoagie roll. Delicious!
Never had a problem eating here they have a wonderful Gluten free bread. They do take precaution on labels on the box to eat at own risk but I have never had a problem eating here.

Went here last week. When I asked for the gluten free bread they asked if it was preference or allergy! Which i find is very nice, they changed gloves. They use Schar bread. It was so delicious! Didn’t have any issues later that day. But I am NOT diagnosed celiac, but I am gluten intolerant due to other autoimmune conditions.

While they are not dedicated gf, they are very continuous. When you bask for a gr bun, they will ask if it's an allergy or preference and will have all the individuals involved in the prep change gloves and the the tray/container is marked with a gf sticker. I eat here on a regular basis and don't have any issues.

If I could give a 0. They will not even accommodate for gluten free, they have the buns but state they won't change gloves, and going down line, mayo or condiments, sides, utensils or such not set aside for gluten free. Don't waste your time stopping by. Why bother to have gf scharr bread.

Excellent food and no problems for me.
The sub I got was Turkey Bacon Ranch. I got it on gluten free bread. (I’m gluten intolerant) the food was wonderful and I’d definitely get it again! I didn’t have a reaction to gluten there.
