We went there for lunch. We asked for a gluten-free bun. They proceeded to try to cut it on the same cutting board as the regular bread. I asked them if they could put it on a different surface. They got out of a piece of aluminum foil. Then they were going to cut it with the same knife as the regular bread. I asked them if they could get a different knife. He shrugged and said, I guess I can go wash it. They seem to have no idea about gluten-free protocol.

They have a gluten free sub bun, they put it on foil when toasting the sub so it doesn’t touch the rack. Change gloves when asked. Took precautions to make sure there was as little cross contamination as possible. Still the possibility since it is not a gluten free restaurant. Had an amazing experience and the staff were so kind.

Staff was super friendly and well informed. Gluten free bun tasted amazing, and he did say that the toaster is shared but the bread is placed on foil. Best sandwich I've had in months!

Great GF roll. Haven’t tried having them toast it, but I didn’t get sick from the two times I’ve gotten food from there.

Went here last week. When I asked for the gluten free bread they asked if it was preference or allergy! Which i find is very nice, they changed gloves. They use Schar bread. It was so delicious! Didn’t have any issues later that day. But I am NOT diagnosed celiac, but I am gluten intolerant due to other autoimmune conditions.
