My wife is celiac. We have eaten there a dozen times without problems. She would be sick before we get to the car if contaminated. Thought I should write this review.
Gluten free bread plus lots of options including soups, power bowls, etc. Good range of choices.

My server verified if gluten free was a preference or not and I specified Celiac and she made sure to toast my gf bread in a gf dedicated toaster

They had udis gluten free bread as an option to go with omelets! And other gluten free options also. Very good.
Very reliable. Excellent food, Udi's gluten free bread available.
Been to First Watch on the East Coast, and they were very GF aware. The Troy location, not so much. Ate here once, asked for a GF menu l, and was told to check their website. Not overly confident on the cross contamination procedures as well. I ordered a salad I had had on the East Coast, with the modifications from the last visit. But, I won't be returning too soon.
The waitstaff try very hard but my friend is sick every time. She has tried three times. No more.
I liked their quinoa bowl. Gluten free options are clearly labeled. Make sure you call ahead if you go on a weekend
I ordered an omelette with fruit and GF bread ( not toasted ). I ended up very sick from there unfortunately!! I won’t go again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful when making sure your order is gluten free. Food is awesome!
They make it very clear when you order that they don’t guarantee against cross-contamination and you are responsible for the risk. We didn’t stay.
Yum! Several choices and knowledgeable staff. They’ll write up an “allergy ticket” and make sure that gloves are swapped.
Download the app to get in line digitally... there’s always a wait!
They have a great breakfast menu with gf and df options. They also have gf toast.
We had a lovely lunch this afternoon. Deborah was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating to my various allergies. She went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe. They have good procedures against cross contamination. It was also delicious and very affordable.

I usually get the chicken quinoa power bowl here. I have not gotten sick and I always tell the server that I have a gluten allergy. I have heard that they do use shared equipment when toasting the gluten free bread so if you’re sensitive I’d stick with the bowls.

I love first watch! They are definitely branching out and now have a GF menu. If you are going to go to this location - ask for Rebekah! She is the best and is so careful! The management is aware of celiac and has taught their staff well overall. I do stick to quinoa power bowls due to my issues with rice flour, but for a standard celiac, the options here are great and the taste is next level!

Explained to our waiter Miquel that I was Celiac and also had Alpha-Gal (he was excellent). He made sure that I did not have any CC. The fried eggs, grits, potatoes turkey sauage gravy(which is GF) along with the GF bread was absolutely amazing. Would recommend.
