Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Everyone was well aware of their allergy protocol, we’ve had no problems getting sick here. We bring our own bun for my son. On the website you can print their allergy chart for all foods offered so you can know what to order ahead of time

When I ordered only the fries I asked the lady "if there was breading on any thing they fried" and she said no. Also on the menu it says " All burgers and dogs available bunless".

The manager came up while the cashier was ringing us out and made sure to ask if I was getting my burger bun less due to an allergy and offered to do a lettuce wrap! Very knowledgeable and told me that when they mark it that way it tells the wait staff to change their gloves! What a policy! So happy to have a burger and not have to worry about contamination! Plus they only do French fries in their deep fryers. When I got my order to go my burger was even separated from my husbands because his had buns. SUPER HAPPY!

Went with my daughter, who has celiac. They took special care with her order, and the manager assigned one employee to handle the food. He changed his gloves, and they made it separately of the other food, and also bagged it alone. The manager was very specific with his instructions. Food was great and they did a great job.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD! I told them I had to be gluten free and they changed gloves and put my burger in a tray with any toppings you want! fries are to die for and gluten free! a bit fast paced you gotta read the menu quickly and be ready to go BUT SO WORTH IT ! 8 MINS and you have your order! ♡♡♡♡♡

Ok place but they NEED containers if you're going to get a hamburger without the bun. Wrapped in foil, your cheese sticks to the foil and your toppings go everywhere.
They are very GF aware here. I go there weekly and they are very accommodating. Salt on fries is GF, but I was told the special salt is not, so I ask for the fries to go straight from fryer into the bag. Awesome fries!
The cashier was very kind, and pointed out how the fries were in their own dedicated fryers and far away from the grill where they toast bread. They also had containers where you can make a bowl. I put beef, mushrooms and green peppers with ketchup in mine and fries. Taste was good, and measures were pretty good. Could there be CC? Possibly, but pretty good for a chain in the south.

You can get any burger in a bowl or in a lettuce wrap. There fries are naturally gluten free and the only thing fried in the fryer.

Are there last night. Took my allergy seriously. The cashier (who I think was also the manager) made sure the cooks knew to change gloves. He even moved my foil bowl to the fry table until the patty was ready. He knew what celiac disease was and how to keep me safe. Very impressed! Eat here with ease.

They were extra careful when k mentioned celiac. Gloves changed, new area to make my lettuce wrap burger and it came flagged. Only fries go in fryer

As of 5/9/24…. Currently under construction but usually these are great places to go (get a lettuce wrap or bowl and tell them you have an “allergy” and they will be careful and change gloves). They only fry fries so they are safe. Hope they are back soon!
