Gluten free options, but not sure if celiac safe. The food I ordered was delicious.

Not celiac safe. They have gluten free items and the server was knowledgeable but I’ve eaten here twice when I’ve flown into Denver and both times i was sick within 10 minutes after leaving. The first time i thought it had to be something else but now it happened twice. Food is good but not safe. Won’t be going back

Waitress was extremely helpful. They used to have a dedicated gluten-free fryer but as of recently do not - she notified me immediately that things had changed and I could no longer eat the breakfast potatoes, and offered alternative options. They cooked my pancakes on a clean and separate surface (they stated this was their standard practice when notified of allergy/celiac) and stated that they had not touched anything when they delivered them to me (and they tasted good too!).

Very good gluten free pancakes.

NOT GLUTEN FREE except for salads. Disappointed. Thankfully, the server was honest and told me that there is a shared grill where all the food is made. There is no GF dedicated kitchen space. If you are truly gluten intolerant, have celiac disease, this is not a safe eatery for you.

The GF pancakes with bourbon pecan pralines just about sent me to food nirvana! Sooo good!
