I’ve had fine experiences with the power Bol and tacos on corn — I used to eat the chips but they said they come from an external vendor so can’t be sure about what they’re fried with. Also for what it’s worth I think the quality of Fresa’s overall has gone downhill - better off with El Dorado or Maudie’s.

I’ve been here 4 times. The first 3 times I was assured that the chips were made in a dedicated fryer but still had a bad reaction. I had different meals each time, so I thought maybe that was the issue. My 4th time here I was informed that the chips are made in the same fryer as the churros, so not actually gluten free. Super cool.

I was really happy with my experience. When I asked about what was gluten free the server wasn’t sure but she took out a binder and we were able to figure out what was safe, but it seemed like most of it could be using a corn tortilla

Love this place!! Delicious tacos and drinks, dogs are allowed on the patio and it’s a perfect outdoor scene
LOVE this place so much!!! But Ibreact to everything here except the breakfast bowl and egg based taco's with no tortilla. All else is grilled on a well seasoned grill they hear wheat tortillas on. I am very sensitive.
No
Brussels sprouts, chicken, all Delish!!
The chicken meals are both completely gluten free unless you sub in flour tortillas (they come with corn). The salads are gluten free with the exception of the croutons on the kale salad. We add them on to order so you can order without. The tacos are gf if you order them on corn tortillas. The tortas are not gluten free as they come on a bollio roll.
