I don’t understand how anyone rated this place highly. We went for breakfast and when I asked for a gluten free menu the waitress rudely said to just pick any option without a ‘1’ allergen marked. I noticed that the veggie brekkie did not have a ‘1’ so I wanted to confirm that the boxty pancake was not made with flour and said I was Celiac. Again she was very rude and said if there’s no ‘1’ it’s gluten free. I went ahead and ordered it but ended up not eating the boxty pancake nor anything that touched it since I did not feel safe (it looked very much like a traditional pancake that would be made with flour). That left me with just fried eggs and beans. I did not get sick, but it was obviously not an enjoyable meal and I wish I had just left without trying to order something.
