Great little shop. Haven’t had a gluten-free sub I think ever. They pack a lot into that sub and they have a dedicated space to prepare the GF versions. A bit pricey (+$3.50 for the GF versions, my sub alone was nearly 20 bucks), but at least very good taste and the bread stayed all in one piece!
