Honestly was very underwhelmed with the selection and the prices are higher than normal.

This place is awesome for gluten-free groceries and snacks, but I have been a little sketchy on eating most of the prepared foods because they specify that items are wheat-free but not necessarily gluten-free due to other items prepared in their kitchen. My daughter, who is less sensitive than I loves the wheat-free focaccia pizza, and I love the green river soup and the salad bar. The croutons were kept apart from the lettuces, so I felt safe with that. I have eaten from the salad bar many times with no ill effects. I've also had their sushi and that seemed to be fine. The juice bar keeps wheatgrass separate from veggies and their juices and smoothies are delicious. Quality of ingredients makes a huge difference. The patio with its gas fireplace is lovely, and they have indoor seating as well. The produce is fresh, and much of it is local. They also have locally cured olives in the olive bar and a wide array of wonderful local cheeses.

Many gluten free prepared foods (though they are labeled "wheat free" because they don't have a certified GF facility), including: pizza, made to order stir fry, hot buffet, salad bar. Gluten free pastries also available. Some items are wheat free but contain oat or barley flour, so check ingredients carefully. Hot buffet items are clearly labeled for common allergens. I love their vegan, "wheat free" (GF) focaccia, and their delicious smoothie and juice bar.
