Gluten free menu contains gluten items. After I let the waiter know I have an allergy that’s when my original order had to change. Do not order the spinach and artichoke on a gluten free bun, it contains gluten. They have rice pilaf listed as a side which also has gluten. Bonus is they do acknowledge that items are fried in a community fryer. Friendly and understanding staff but the menu is misguided.

Only options that they had were gluten free buns on their burgers or gluten free flatbread pizzas. No dedicated fryers for french fries so order the chips.

Waiter was very informative and explained the cooks process for gluten free prep (changing gloves often, cleaning the work space, etc). While not on the menu, they offer gluten free buns and burgers and grilled chicken are safe. I had a steak salad and it was delicious!

A good gluten free menu. I had the chicken tacos and they were great. Didn’t get sick.

Lack of communication between the server and the kitchen cost me two months of aggravation and pain. Servers need to be better informed of what Can happen when they screw up. I’ll never go back there again.
No
The menu was labeled with gluten sensitive options. They said they can’t say any thing is gluten free, but assured me that they try to limit cross contamination.there were lots of options and the food was great!

Very incomplete GF Menu. Granite City used to be much more friendly to those with gluten allergies and intolerances, but have changed to a BBQ sauce that apparently is not GF. They have GF buns and flatbreads. Staff attitude when asking about GF menu details says I'm asking the wrong lady, but didn't offer to get the right person. Likely an indication of ownership and/or managements desire to serve the food allergy community, their families and friends. Too bad for Granite City. They used to be such a great place to eat with great food!

good food but very limited selection
Anxious to take my daughter there for the first time to get a gluten free burger with an actual gluten free bun. Very nice about tolerating all of our extra questions but when the burger came there was no bun. They didn't tell us that they were out of buns. Steak was great and nobody seems to get sick.

We go here a lot so I know what to get but have asked several waiters just to see what they say. If one isn't sure, they get a manager right away. The ones that are knowledgeable make good recommendations. They also have GF buns for hamburgers. Have never been sick. They need to get a GF beer on tap though!

I asked the waiter and he named off many items that were gluten free. When asked of others he checked with his manager right away! Very knowledgeable-also reminded me of what to stay away from. Not as many options as I was hoping. Said they used to have Gf pizza crust but not any more :/ bummer
They did not have a gluten free menu, and our server had to have the manager come out to explain what was available. There are a few selections available, mainly steaks and a salad. I had the cob salad which was tasty. It would be an awesome place if the wait staff was more knowledgeable and they had more selection.
Great food and they take extra care to make sure you dont get sick! love their baccon too :D
Limited G-free menu, but the few options they did offer were desirable and relatively healthy. They were also able to modify my selection to make it dairy-free as well.
No gluten free pasta
They did not have a GF menu. They sometimes have gf options available ; buns and flatbread. But they were out of all of it when there. I was suppose to trust my teenage server what was gluten free or not. I’m not going back!!

Disappointed. This location did not have the Gluten Free Flat Bread; waitress said it had been a couple months since they had it. I also have issues with vegetable washes and their salad greens are all prewashed, so that was out. Waitress was nice and helpful, but little to eat for me. Ended up with a Bison Burger, with cheese, skipped the GF Bun and toppings. If you want a burger, salad, or a lettuce wrapped sandwich, you will be ok. Sides are a challenge. Waitress was helpful in identifying what was safe to eat.

I had a sandwich with a gluten-free bun (it’s not in the menu but the waiter immediately knew that they have one) and a soup that had no gluten. The overall experience was really good and I had no problems afterward.

Ate here last night and had no after effects. Server was very helpful. I had the Salmon and even though it is naturally gf she had it marked gf so they would know to clean the grill before making it for me. Rice pilaf and asparagus were my sides. No dedicated fryer but many other options can be made gf. They do have gf buns too. Did not flag as gf but it came out separately and the server said that it was the gf salmon before handing to me.
