Impressed by their ability to accommodate Gf by double checking the menu, communicating with each other and changing gloves without asking.

Everything is clearly labeled, lots of choices in sauces and toppings which isn’t always the case. First visit.

Everything is clearly labeled that is gluten free. Ordered a "pre-made" bowl and just had to request a few things be left off. Staff was understanding and very helpful. Probably easier to just create your own bowl in all honesty, however.

Have not gotten sick if order GF menu items and specify gluten and lactose free when ordering. Decent food, fast service.

I order poké bowls here all the time and have never been sick. You build your own bowl (white or brown rice or quinoa), pick your protein (not marked GF or not, plain raw tuna or salmon, cooked shrimp (and possibly chicken and tofu) are safe. There are vegetables, more toppings (marked GF). The last thing is crunchy toppings. While those are marked GF or not, they're in open bowls and look ripe for cross contamination. I just opt for sesame seeds which are in a shaker. Most of the employees (and always the manager) know what's safe and what isn't. Great place!
