When I told the waitress I was celiac, she said "ok hold on, let me write this down BOLD". She told the chef immediately that I was celiac. When she took my order she was knowledgeable about the meals and which may have issues. We told her we were going to share some meals and was quick to note any non celiac friendly sides the other person ordered would be plated separately. After taking our order she came back immediately to inform us the order was placed and the meals were verified to be gluten free and which sides were not safe for me to share. She even told the bartender for our drink orders. The food was wonderful and glad to report that its now morning and I have no stomach issues.

Had a phenomenal dinner. Hearth has always been a favorite of ours. Since being diagnosed this was my first outing. It helped having Steph as our waitress who has a wheat allergy. We ordered the fruit and cheese board, sometimes they have gluten free crackers but they didn't tonight. She served the bread on a separate plate for my husband. I had a house salad with the house BlackBerry vinegarette. My entree was salmon with the house potatoes (all of their potato offerings are gluten free). Definitely worth the trip!
We went for dinner and I was able to have almost everything on the menu. The waitress was super nice and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere and a wonderful patio too!

Chef Seth took excellent care to personally answer my questions and address prep space/cross contact concerns. He put together a cheese and charcuterie board that was phenomenal. The NY Strip Steak was amazing, grilled in a separate, allergen free area. It was great to have such awesome food prepared and served safely!
