Literally every single item on the menu can be made Gluten Free or Dairy free upon a request. The food is great and the atmosphere is nice. Great place to go. Happy hour (M-F before 6pm) is 1/2 off apps! If you like bowls build your own and get the quinoa with mushrooms, sweet potato hash, and grilled salmon with a side of Garlic aioli. 👍🏼

This was a good brunch spot! Lots of Gluten Free options. I had the gluten free protein pancakes with bacon. The pancakes were ok, the bacon was cooked perfectly for me (crispy). My son had a burger he said it was very good but the fries were not so great. The atmosphere was fun and we would come back and try other options next time.

Amazing and friendly place. Right on the river which is nice too. Pretty much whole menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. Muffins, pork belly, huecos rancheros, and griddle pan Kade sandwhich were amazing. Also hasbrowns sticks were fanatic. *Seperate gf fryer

The menu is Palo & GF with a few soy & nut items that they can make without said nuts & soy. Pleasantly surprised. The outdoor seating watching the zoo train chug along the Trinity while the sun creates water sparkles like diamonds. The waitstaff is very friendly, and helping every table even if it's not theirs. The food was very food we got the Spinch dip for starters, then a Bison Buger on GF bread ( Quinoa bread is other chouce) it was the best I've had in awhile. The fries could of been cooked longer( I like crunchy). Roasted Brussel sprouts were prefect, the green beans delicious and chicken sausage had great flavor. Bothe the atmosphere & food were worth the parking frustration. ~M~

One of my favorite places to go for GF. I love the queso, the bowls and the sweet potato soup. My hubby loves their chili. A lot of the menu is spicy! Go for happy hour and you can join in the sunset toast!

The food is delicious. So flavorful that I was worried. But felt great after too.
Ordered the bison chili which smelled and tasted amazing. Great spice, but not burn your mouth hot.
I also had the charred Chicken thighs, over corn slaw. Amazing flavor.
Traveled with another family, I was the only allergy everyone loved their food.
I only rate on safety and taste. Service was terrible. We had an unnecessarily long wait and very poor waiting service. Safe and great tasting food made it worth it for me.

I went for lunch today with my hubby. I didn’t know most of the menu is gf ! I ordered the stir fry bowl with grilled chicken and it was SO yummy. Hubby isn’t gf and had the bison burger which he said was great. I got the berry cobbler with ice cream ( about a tablespoon of it came with lol ) and it was divine ! Our only issue was our waiter was really less than and it was NOT busy. Thank goodness his co -workers stepped up and helped us or we would still be there 5 hours later . We will go back just because the food was so good !

Used to love this restaurant BUT I went for lunch Saturday. Had cheeseburger and fries. Waiter said he acknowledged the celiac and no problem. Within 1 hour I was violently ill. It was busy, accidents happen but this was no joke. Please be cautious.

We ate here last night & had a great experience! This location is in a great shopping center & the restaurant is in the back off the river & has a great patio! Everything on their menu can be made gluten free & dairy free, according to the note at the top of the menu. We started with the pork nachos. I am df now but my family is not so they only put cheese on half of the plate and then they brought me a side of vegan cashew queso on the side & it was great! I decided on a power bowl for dinner with sweet potato hash, coconut lime rice with steak and I loved it! They even had gf dessert - a cookie skillet or an apple cobbler, both with a scoop of ice cream. We didn’t order any but it sounded delicious! Would definitely come back again just try something different. Their brunch sounds amazing also!

Love this place, my kid said best chicken ever. Didn’t even know it was gluten free like others she’s tasted. Ask me to go back constantly. Highly recommend. I got the nachos. Amazing.
I am a celiac and I have never felt safer in a restaurant than this place. Almost everything on their menu is gluten free. They have a separate kitchen area for gluten stuff. The kitchen area is visible from the restaurant eating area. The food was delicious.
Ok big update - after several visits to this restaurant with no problems, I got glutened. I’m not sure what I ate with gluten, but I had one of the worst celiac attacks that I’ve experienced in a while. I did alert the server, so I’m not sure what happened. Now, I don’t trust them.

This place will not disappoint. Did carry out two times as we were visiting from out of town and had other places to get to quickly. Located in a cute shopping area, it is tucked away towards the back. The first order I got the fried rice with grilled chicken. It was filling, fresh, and yummy. The second order, with reading from this app, I got the crispy honey Mustard chicken, we picked it up extremely late from when I said we would be there and it was still really good when I got to eat it at my destination. The menu says the whole menu can be made gluten free, so I never felt worried about ordering to go even though I had never eaten there before. I wish they were located across the country.

I cannot say anything bad about my experience here. Everything on the menu can be prepared gluten and dairy free!! Also there are dedicated fryers for chips and fries. Score! The cochinita nachos were so stinking good. My husband and I ordered them for an appetizer and they were so filling that we just decided to share an entree. We ordered the ranch chicken burger with fries. I loved both but next time I think I would just order the nachos for my meal, because I enjoyed them so much. This place is a Celiacs dream for sure.

I ate here 3 times while in Fort Worth. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating in regards to my questions and ensured everything was safe for me to eat. Our server was very knowledgeable and let us know that all items can be made gluten free and gluten is kept in a separate area of the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. I was relieved to know how well this restaurant handled my concerns. Food was delicious and safe!

10/10 would recommend! It’s tucked in a little corner and it’s a cozy place however it is extremely popular. The wait time was long, but it was totally worth it. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. They had gluten free buns (which were amazing) for burgers and a dedicated fryer. Their fries were crispy and delicious! They had a gluten free fried chicken sandwich as well as many burger options. Overall, it was so good but the wait time was long :)

Good food and fun atmosphere with optional outdoor seating available. Did confirm that the chips are done in a separate area in their own fryer—so ordered the chips and guac as a starter. After asking about cross-contamination with the fryer, I was told that the French fries would not be safe since they don’t have a dedicated fryer so I opted for the street corn side instead which was delicious.

Per the waiter, everything on the menu is gluten-free except the burger buns and tortilla chips, but they have gluten-free substitutes. The food was amazing! We got the queso with gluten-free chips, the hummus and veggies, and the bun less burger with Caesar wedge salad. Everything was perfect!

DELICIOUS! Everything is GF except for buns. Started with a bowl of their award winning BISON CHILI made with spicy chiles, ground bison, black, pinto & kidney beans, topped with cheddar & green onion. Had to try their BUNLESS KOBE BEEF BURGER + CAESAR WEDGE combo topped with chimichurri “butter” griddled onions, uncured CRISPY bacon & a sunny side egg OVER EASY, served with romaine wedge salad with grilled avocado, tomato. Without a doubt worth the trip from Philly!

Too healthy looking for me today. Very happy about the goal to offer wheat and dairy free food, but really expensive and looks like it tastes very healthy still. I need desire to trigger eating today, so nothing from them.
Wonderful experience! Almost everything is gluten free. Had chips and queso for appetizer, stir fry with beef for dinner. Staff knowledgable and reassuring. Try it, you will enjoy it
This place is off the charts in every category. Food - excellent. Atmosphere - excellent. Service - excellent. The menu is great and almost everything can be made gluten free and dairy free!

Absolutely amazing!! I had a fantastic meal. The best part was everything on the menu could be made gluten free. The only gluten items were the bread items but could be subbed with GF bread. If you’re in the area, you have to try it.

I had a horrible experience here. Our waiter was not very personable. We waited quite some time to order and for our food to come out. The taste of my shrimp fried rice bowl was disgusting, due to the overuse of the sesame oil.
Yes
Run RUN to this place!!! there is a review below that says there are limited options, I think that person must have been at a different restaurant, every single thing on this menu can be gluten-free, or is naturally gluten-free. tonight my husband is having shrimp and grits, and I'm having chicken fried chicken, both naturally recipe not augmented gluten free. As well as an amazing bison chili as an appetizer. Amazing
