On safety—We have a separate dedicated baking area where no wheat is allowed. The area is marked as a gf area. The baking equipment is strictly for gf only. This area has ovens, a microwave, fryer, grill, prep tables, toaster, utensils, sinks, and frig. We have an inspection every 6 mos. by our Health Dept. to see how we prepare, bake, and sell our items and pass with flying colors.

Best GF DF donuts I’ve had! Apple fritters!! Don’t let the airport scare you away - close to town, very easy parking. Worth the trip!

Delicious with a wide variety of parties and baked goods! Friendly staff. They offered to let me "try before I buy," which was much appreciated. The fritter, donut, cinnamon roll, cookie, dinner rolls, quiche, and pie were tasty! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

Best ever, really. If you have celiac, you’ve never had as good of an experience as this, trust me! I wish I knew the owner so she could ship me food. Her daughter has celiac, and she knows how to cook/bake! Separate kitchen area, separate oven and microwave, zero cross contamination. Homemade sourdough bread from her own flour blend. Dozens of amazing treats, sandwiches, quiche, giant wrapped sausage dogs (think pigs in a blanket), OMG apple fritters. We ordered lunch and dinner and breakfast to go, plus fritters for the freezer. Such a kind and understanding owner/chef. I wish we lived closer. Do not be afraid of this small airport location… it’s free to park, close parking, the airport is mostly empty, and there’s no security to reach their restaurant that is right inside the front door.

Hidden Valley made my Celiac daughter an amazing chocolate cake with raspberry filling that was delicious. Also an assortment of great GF muffins. No issues with cross contamination- enjoyed by many!

My sister ordered gluten-free cinnamon rolls, caramel nut rolls, dinner rolls, and pecan pie for the holidays. My daughter is very sensitive to gluten. No reaction. The pecan pie was great!

This place is absolutely delicious. I've ordered cakes here as well and have never had a bad reaction. This is a must have for anyone with celiacs! They're extremely knowledgeable about cross contamination and while all their food is so good I'd say that they make the best apple fritters I've ever had. I love this place!

I had a little quiche with asparagus and it was delicious. My husband got the bagel dog and it looked so good he gave me a bite. Wow! That bagel dog was fantastic and we where wondering if the bakery was open on Sunday so we could have another bagel dog today. We also ordered the Bourbon Pecan Pie after sampling all the pecan pies, for Thanksgiving. It was fantastic tasting! This was a fun place to find at the airport on Boeing Street.

My most favorite GF speciality items. All made in their own dedicated GF area. Delightful bourbon pecan pie and you have to try the bagel dog. Eaten here a lot never contaminated.

This place is amazing! Out by the airport and so worth the drive! If you haven't had a bagel dog since being diagnosed with celiac, you are in for a major treat! Also, they make and smoke their own sausage, so I'd highly recommend the bagel dog with sausage. My daughter was in heaven. Cookies are wonderful, pies are amazing with a light, flaky crust, the breads (many options) are delicious - we bought the cranberry and the sweet almond, which will be amazing in French toast. On another note, the smoke their own wild Alaska salmon and make the best (gf) spread I have ever tasted.
