Ate here a few times based on ratings. The Mac salad is NOT GF.

Ordered from the lunch menu with clearly marked Gluten free options. Staff was very knowledgeable and confident when I said celiac/allergy. I had combo platter with pork lau lau and it was fantastic! A lot of food! I especially loved the potato mac salad (they use rice elbow noodles and add potatoes too for better texture). Highly recommend for some traditional Hawaii food!

Everyone was super nice. Menu denoted items that are gluten free or can be adjusted. The server was great and walked me through the options and confirmed a few things were safe with the kitchen. Would definitely go back.

This was our go-to place for our stay in Oahu. Good food, with a mix of traditional dishes that are GF safe.

Fantastic Hawaiian fare. Menu has clearly marked gf, but staff went over each item. Kalua pork, poi, green salad, sweet potatoes, and haupia! Then go 2 doors over to Hanks Haute dogs for gf crème brûlée!

They have GF marked on the menu and the server was knowledgeable about substitutions/options. I got the tasting plate and the server said I could have extra sweet potato in place of the chicken long rice that wasn’t GF. Everything was delicious and the service was great! It was great to try some authentic Hawaiian food.

I called ahead to ask about their gluten free options, and the server was happy to answer all of my questions. I ordered the chicken lau lau combo, which was delicious, and I had no reaction the next day. The server encouraged me to stick to traditional Hawaiian dishes, as those were least likely to be cross contaminated. I couldn’t vouch for other items on their menu, but I also don’t know why you’d come here and not order the traditional Hawaiian food!

Shawn was our sever and answered all of our questions regarding which items are gluten free. He double checked with the kitchen to make sure what didn’t contain regular soy sauce or wheat thickeners. We went with the Chicken Lau Lau and the Spicy poke. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I love lomi salmon and the Kalua pork was insane! Overall a wonderful traditional Hawaiian meal. The stews, long rice chicken and a few other items are not gf and they did says things have been changing regularly so double check! Can’t wait to come back!
