True to other reviews - gluten free prepped on separate station. It took a little longer but they were amazingly tasty.

Very delinquent reviewing as my trip was in February, but the crepes are delicious!!! The man working was excellent. When I said I was celiac and wanted a gluten free one he said it would be made on a separate station but would take a little longer because they were busy. Totally fine by me if it means it’ll be safe. Sure enough, I got to watch them make it in front of me and they took precautions against cross contamination. Really yummy too, would recommend to anyone in the area.

The gluten free crepes were so yummy! All items on the menu could be made gluten free or vegan. My personal favorite was the praline crepe, it was truly soooo good. The frozen basil lemonade and coffee were really good too. The person taking our order was understanding, kind, and funny. There were separate hot plates for gluten free crepes. One thing to note is that the gluten free crepes had a slight cinnamon taste, which I didn't mind, but it might brother some, especially for the savory crepes. But overall, I had a great experience and would definitely go back!

The signage announcing Gluten Free Options was very visible. Their menu at the cash indicated clearly what could be made GF, and they have a separate cooktop right up front. You can watch the staff cook the crepes right in front of you so you know they’re taking care. The flavour was so good, even my non-GF wife said it was awesome!

Separate crepe grill for their buckwheat crepes, lots of options, fillings almost entirely gf! The owner of the stand was very helpful and personally prepares the GF ones. And as a bonus, if the line is long, they make the GF ones faster since they have designated griddle for it, so you basically get to skip the line once you order!

While in NOLA stopped at Holy Crepes bc of all the good reviews. This place did not disappoint. The gentlemen helping me out took proper precaution when making my GF crepe. I ordered the banana, strawberry with whip cream. He washed his hands before making it. Got batter from a separate container, used a separate hot surface. He even used a separate wooden scrapping tool. The crepe was delicious! Will be back next time we are just NOLA.

Yummy and safe! Separate prep area and griddle. No separate GF menu because nearly everything can be made GF. Absolutely delicious. No repercussions for me - highly recommend. Among several excellent GF options in the French Market. Glad we are doing so much walking here! Coming back tomorrow for a dessert crepe.

Most of their crepes can be made GF. They have a separate setup for the GF crepes and you can sit and watch them make them. I had the New Orleans with regular whip cream and it was very tasty. They serve them in these paper cones so you can actually eat and walk if you want which is nice.

Delicious! Gluten free crepes. Dedicated GF griddle and separation from non GF. It has been 6 years since having a crepe and my anticipation of how I remember how good crepes can be was met. Fresh ingredients, so tasty. If visiting NOLA like we were I would recommend. In the French Market.

My husband and I both have Celiac and we’re vegetarians. The French Market has amazing gluten free options and we ate here at Holy Crepes three times — once having the pesto crepe and got the praline crepe twice. They have a dedicated grill just for gluten-free crepes and are very careful to keep ingredients separate. Friendly staff that are happy to assure you of the precautions they take. My husband and I are both very sensitive to gluten and felt fine after. A must visit for Celiacs in New Orleans!

So many vegan and gluten free options! Separate cooktops for the gluten free crepes. They even confirmed that we wanted all of our crepes vegan after we ordered one with vegan cheese.
