The padthai is not gluten free and cannot be made gluten free unless you get plain rice noodles and season it just with salt. Most of the sauces are not gluten free. They will make adjustments to some of the items on the menu (prepare them without sauce), and everything tasted fine but I came for either padthai or curry and could not enjoy either :(
