I had a burger on a gluten free bun here. You can’t eat the french fries because they share a frier with other fried items. I did a substitute of a side salad with ranch dressing that was a decent size. The burger was okay. I actually got a little nervous because the bun was soft, but I didn’t get sick so it turns out it was a GF that didn’t taste bad or fall apart.

I have eaten here twice on my way through Houston airport without getting glutened. Notify the server and they will let the kitchen know and they’ll change their gloves. They have gluten free buns but the fries are not fried in a dedicated fryer, but you can sub a salad instead.
