I was a little disappointed by hugs and sarcasm. It took over 90 minutes for us to get our food, which was basically just eggs, so typically quick to make. Apparently they had accidentally used the wrong fryer to make my meal, so they told me they had to make it again. I was honestly surprised because in addition to mentioning that I have celiac, I specifically ordered something from the menu without an asterisk (marked items are not gluten free). I’m new to my diagnosis so it was a bit of a bummer to feel like I had imposed and made things more complicated, even at a dedicated GF restaurant. All that said, I appreciated that they took my safety seriously and made the meal again. I’d still try it again, maybe on a less busy day!
