NOT at all a gluten free friendly place. NOT a soy free friendly menu Their brunch menu is non inclusive for food allergies. I would suggest skipping this one if you have food allergies.

The menu changes all the time, so check ahead, but our server was extremely knowledgeable and able to help me sort out what was safe and what I should stay away from. I really enjoyed the trout with delica squash and crab - fantastic food!
Yes
While knowledgeable about gluten - majority of menu items are made with soy or Worcester sauce. Limited choices. Staff did work hard to make accomodations, however it took over 30 minutes to order based on numerous items being not gluten friendly, simply trying to find something acceptable. To be clear I called prior to inquire if it was gluten friendly restaurant.
No
The whole staff is very knowledgeable, from the hostess who took our reservation to the server who clarified what has gluten in it vs what had cross contamination. Plus the food on top of everything else was amazing! The shrimp and grits was the best I’ve ever had, and the country ham was out of this world. The service was perfect and they even made us a special celebratory cocktail to celebrate our engagement! Worth every penny.
Good knowledge of what I could safely eat, most of the menu could be modified. Great meal!
Yes
Although Husk does not have a gluten free menu posted, they do offer gluten free meals and the staff is very knowledgeable. I felt very confident that I was getting a gluten free meal. It was very pricey, but absolutely worth it! One of the best meals I've had in Nashville. The menu changes frequently, so let them know you're gluten free and they are very accommodating.
