Nothing is gluten free. Things are listed as “gluten-lite” because the fryer oil contains gluten.

I have been here before finding out I was celiac and had the pleasure of enjoying their amazing fries. This is also the reason there may be a high chance of cross-contamination. Their gluten-lite menu is extensive, and the options I had were delicious. I spoke with multiple servers and the manager, all incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating so I knew I was not being “jerked around,” by anyone who didn’t know what they were talking about. I was told that it was not altogether the safest place for celiac or any gluten allergies because of the cross-contamination from their glorious fries.

Not for celiacs. Server said he could not assure that the SALAD was GF.

A few gluten free dishes, but the sides aren't always gluten-free! The rice pilaf that comes with the GF salmon isn't GF. Cooking is good but not gourmet. I like the feel of the place, good neighborhood bar and restaurant. The potato crusted talapia is GF ingredients, but cooked in shared fryer. It's good.
This place is okay. Nothing crazy but plenty of gf options
This place is great! They label all GF options o the menu, plus the food is delicious!
