I did not have a good experience. I was in a larger party that had repeat orders. I informed the waiter of a gluten allergy. I ordered patatas bravas and a charcuterie board to share with a non-celiac. I asked if they could put the non-GF bread on a separate plate. The charcuterie board came out with the bread in the board. Additionally, after we had finished our patatas bravas, our waiter informed me that the dish we had eaten was not prepared gluten free (it was made with gluten containing panko) and it had been delivered to the wrong person in our group. There were major miscommunications and I was upset that there were multiple errors after informing them of an allergy. Definitely felt sick after and will not be going there again.

Food was ok, but most importantly I didn’t have any reaction. I think they could have been a little more careful with some of the normal bread and how it was served at the table, but I can’t complain too much as I didn’t get sick.

Amazing food, a separate GF menu with lots of options, and a knowledgeable server.

Very clear menu options and a lovely, knowledgeable staff! Great variety of GF items on the menu, and everything was delicious. Only one item on the GF menu was exposed to cross-contamination in a shared fryer, but my server immediately let me know since I explained my GF needs were because of celiac.

Exceptional food and experience! Large GF menu. Knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere. Wonderful night out. Order only one or two items at a time, so you can pace out your evening and enjoy each dish individually. Pricey but worth it!

We sat at the bar and were able to have a lot of one on one time with the bartender. He went through their gluten free menu and picked out some favorites for us to try. He even was able to pick out some regular menu items that can be modified to be gluten free. Everything was delicious and I felt safe, as the bartender also double checked everything with chefs before placing our order.

Love this place! Food is amazing, they are super knowledgeable about celiac disease and gf, lots of gf options. They can bake the gf bacon wrapped dates so they are safe for celiac, they are really yummy so worth a try! I loved everything I had and there were enough gf options that my group was able to order all gf tapas for us to share and no one felt like they were missing out.

Not only was the food excellent, but there was a great variety and whole menu of GF choices. The staff was very knowledgeable and conscientious every time they brought a new tapas dish out to the table. They even specified celiac or not at the start of the meal. Very impressed and would go back for their GF bread!

Iberian Pig has a gluten free menu and the staff is very knowledgeable. The dishes are somewhat small as they’re meant for sharing. Caution that Iberian Pig is pricey as well as the cost of parking in downtown Decatur.

Overall staff was knowledgeable and conscious of celiac. They provided gluten free bread for the charcuterie and cooked my dish on a separate pan. However, I didn’t feel 100% afterwards, likely due to the fact that shared small plates are difficult to make completely safe for celiac.

Really great gluten free menu and staff is super knowledgeable.

I’ve eaten here twice. The first time I had no issues, the second time I got sick. They are knowledgeable and careful, but I doubt I’ll return. It’s too bad because the food is truly exceptional.

I was promised gluten free. I was served gluten without being told they had made a mistake until I was half done eating. The server then spent the rest of my family dinner drilling me with questions about celiacs that I did not feel comfortable answering at the dinner table.

The Iberian Pig is a wonderful choice for those who do not eat gluten. Separate gluten free menu and waiters who know about gluten free. Did not get sick, there were so many gf options my whole table ate off of the gf menu.
I have Celiac Disease and this is my go-to restaurant for exceptional food with knowledgable staff. They have an extensive GF menu (if you have CD, just ask that the fried items be pan fried to avoid the fryer) and the staff is always very accommodating and friendly. I have eaten here countless times and have tried most everything on the GF menu, and have never once had a reaction. I can't say enough about it!

The waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful and the gf menu was huge! If you tell your waiter that you are celiac, they will prepare all your food in a separate prep area and use a separate dedicated fryer!! Everything was delicious and the staff made sure to not get my gf tapas confused with the rest of my party's. Highly recommend!
Not celiac friendly! Potatoes are on the GF menu as well as their famous bacon wrapped dates. I was told AFTER eating both dishes that the dates were not GF and the potatoes are cooked in a non-dedicated fryer with other gluten containing foods. The service was poor at best. I would not recommend this restaurant to any person avoiding gluten or to anyone period. Not worth the $$.
They have a number of great gluten free options.
