Waiting for a connecting flight to the east coast, I searched up and down the domestic area for something GF...I was getting frustrated and hungry. Looking at the menu at the Ice Bar, Christina, the hostess, came and asked if she could help. She offered a few options they could adapt to be GF and I decided on a smoked salmon plate with no bread. Amazing, could barely finish it. Highly recommend.
