Had a really great experience here! There were a good amount of gluten free options marked on the menu. To my surprise, after talking with our server, the fried items were all GF because they said that they only use rice flour so no items shared fryers with anything containing gluten. I got the crispy chicken, it was amazing. Did not get sick.
Our server also said that they could sub any udon bowls with the steamed rice noodles used for the Pho. Thought that was a really cool option!
I got the Ground Ahi Tuna bowl with spicy Mayo instead of the Ponzu sauce.
Drinks were great too. Was walking distance from the DIA, which worked out well. Will definitely be back here or at one of their other locations.
